According to the data released by Dubai Land Department, a total of 2,365 residential transactions were conducted during the week ended July 1st, 2022 worth ($2.69B) AED9.9Billion.

A total of 379 plots were sold at a price of around AED1.63 billion, while 1,990 villas and apartments were purchased at a price of around AED4.26 billion.
The most expensive transaction was the sale of a land plot in Palm Jumeirah for a price of over 80 million.
An apartment in Palm Jumeirah was the top-selling property during the week, with a price of around 73 million. A villa in Al Sufouh First was also the second-most expensive sale at around 57 million.
A total of 144 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED1.35 billion.
